These terms cover the HillBilly Card Games apps and this website. Using either one means you accept them.

1. What these games are

They are card games you play against the computer for fun. The chips in them are for play only. They have no cash value, they cannot be exchanged for money or anything else, and they cannot be transferred off your device. Nothing you win in a game is a prize.

2. Who can use them

You must be at least 13 years old. If your local law sets a higher age for using an app like this, that age applies to you.

3. Your device and your chips

Chips, progress, and unlocked items live with the app on your device. Deleting the app, clearing its data, or switching phones can lose them, and we cannot always get them back.

4. Fair use

Do not take the app apart, change it, or use tools to give yourself chips or scores you did not earn. Do not use the support form to send abuse or spam. We can stop serving anyone who does.

5. Purchases

Anything you buy inside the app is sold through Google Play or the Apple App Store, and their refund rules apply. Ask them for a refund, not us. Buying chips does not buy anything with cash value.

6. Ads

The apps may show ads, including short videos you can choose to watch for extra chips. Watching one is always your choice, and the games are playable without it.

7. Availability

The apps are provided as they are. They may change, break, or go away. We do not promise they will work on every device or be available at all times.

8. Our limits

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost chips, lost progress, or any damage that comes from using the apps or this website.

9. What belongs to us

The names, the artwork, and the code are ours. You may not copy or resell them.

10. Changes

If these terms change, the date at the top changes. Carrying on using the apps means you accept the new version.
