Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 27, 2026
This policy covers the HillBilly Card Games apps and this website. The games are not played on this website — they run on your phone. Written plainly, because you should be able to read it.
What we collect
- Gameplay records. When a hand finishes, the app reports which game it was, how long it took, how many hands were played, and who won. It is used to see which games people enjoy and where they get stuck.
- A player number. The app makes up a random number for your device so scores and chips stay with you. It is not your name, your email, or your phone number.
- Notification token. If you allow notifications, your phone gives us a token so a reminder can reach it. It identifies the device, not you. Turn notifications off in your phone settings and it stops being used.
- Messages you send us. If you use the support form, we keep your email address and what you wrote so we can answer.
- Basic website information. Visiting this site records ordinary things like your browser and rough location, the same as any website.
What we do not collect
We do not ask for your name, address, phone number, contacts, photos, or precise location. There is no account to create. We do not sell anything about you to anyone.
Ads
The apps may show ads, including a short video you can choose to watch for extra chips. Ads are delivered by outside ad networks, and those networks may use an advertising ID from your phone to decide which ad to show. You can reset or limit that ID in your phone's settings, under Google or Privacy.
Purchases
Anything you buy in the app is handled by Google Play or the Apple App Store. They process the payment. We never see your card details.
Children
These apps are not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us something, tell us through the support page and it will be deleted.
How long we keep things
Gameplay records are kept while they are useful and are not tied to your identity. Support messages are kept until the matter is settled, then removed. Notification tokens are dropped once a device stops responding.
Your choices
- Turn off notifications in your phone settings at any time.
- Reset your advertising ID in your phone settings.
- Delete the app to stop all reporting from it.
- Ask through the support page to have your support messages or player record deleted.
