PRIVACY POLICY
Who we are. Hillbilly Card Games LLC, Michigan, USA. Contact us through Help & Support in Settings.
What we collect. Your progress and settings — your chip balance, the table and card designs you have chosen, and your music preference — are stored locally on your device. We do not run accounts.
What we send. Anonymous play statistics (which parts of the game are used, with the name you chose for your seat — never your chips), your invite code when you invite a friend or enter a friend code, and your message and email address if you contact us through Help & Support.
Advertising. The app shows ads from third-party advertising partners. Those partners may collect device identifiers, IP address, and ad-interaction data in order to serve and measure ads.
Chips. Chips are play money. They have no cash value, cannot be cashed out, and exist only inside this app. There are no tournaments, prizes or sweepstakes.
What we do NOT do. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it except with the advertising partners described above and where the law requires it.
Children. The app is intended for adults 18+. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Your choices. Uninstalling the app removes the data stored on your device. You can reset or limit your advertising identifier in your device settings. You may ask us to delete anything we hold through Help & Support.
Changes. We will update this policy in-app if our practices change.
